Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Beverage Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our beverage product reach by engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us grow our presence in retail outlets, hospitality venues, and local markets. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell a diverse range of beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, bars, and other clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent customer service
Identify new sales opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their purchasing experience
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively
Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate timely restocking or delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
Exceptional brand recognition
Breadth of customer base from national to local independents.
Size and depth of Pepsi portfolio separates us from the competition - including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Pure Leaf, Lipton, and Starbucks.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
