As ProForm Physical Therapy continues to grow, we are looking to add a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to our team.
We are not replacing a team member, we are expanding our team due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist patients
- Process payments and manage transactions
- Support daily clinic operations
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Administrative, customer service, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus
- Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
No healthcare experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional hours, including coverage for vacations and sick time

Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
