Your day to day:

The role involves executing the Digital strategy for Global Manufacturing and Engineering by leading the delivery, adoption, and evolution of Digital Solutions at a new Manufacturing facility. This requires close coordination and collaboration with Manufacturing, IT, IS Quality, and other internal and external partners.

Lead and implement the deployment of digital solutions to enhance the digitalization of manufacturing equipment, striving for excellence while providing operational support to the factory.
Prepare a technical deployment plan of the agreed digital solutions for manufacturing processes.
Execute Delivery and Adoption of digital manufacturing systems in corporation with Local/Global IT, Central Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and External vendors to ensure Operational Readiness
Facilitate the development, evolution, and implementation of digital solutions for manufacturing equipment capabilities and features.
Facilitate the implementation of digital standards in the factory in accordance with Global Operations Standards and collaborate closely with global teams.
Utilize your specialized knowledge to offer technical support to both colleagues and customers.

What we are looking for:

University degree in Engineering, Automation and Robotics / Computer Science / Equivalent
If the required engineering degree is not present, the incumbent has the proper knowledge and is able to fulfill the technical competencies for this position.
Advanced computer programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Java, Python…)
OPC Unified Architecture
PLC Programming - Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix Designer
Computer technologies, Database systems and technology
Practical experience in computerized system validation
Project management capabilities with excellent communication and strong

Salary: $114,400 - $143,000

What we offer:
