Overview

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a high-performing Client Success Manager. This is not a "flexible work-from-home" gig; it is a professional, full-time position that requires consistency, focus, and a strong work ethic. You will own the client relationship, ensuring every deliverable is met on time and every client communication is handled with professional urgency. If you thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment and treat remote work with the same discipline as an in-office role, this is the position for you.

Work Expectations & Schedule

Synchronous Work Hours: This role operates on a strict schedule of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm MST. You must be present, active, and responsive during these hours.
Professional Environment: You must have a dedicated, quiet home office free of background noise and distractions during business hours.
Accountability: We operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team. You are expected to be available for team meetings, project updates, and client calls throughout the designated shift.

What You’ll Do

Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Manage the relationship from onboarding through renewal with a focus on retention.
Proactive Communication: Lead monthly performance calls and provide regular, data-backed email updates. Translate technical SEO/marketing metrics into actionable insights for the client.
Operational Execution: Collaborate daily with our SEO, content, and web development teams. You are responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and tracking the performance of every campaign.
Data Integrity: Monitor lead and call tracking data to prove ROI. Maintain impeccable records, notes, and task lists in our CRM.
Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that genuinely align with client goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing.
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills. You don't wait for updates; you provide them.
Discipline: Proven ability to thrive in a remote setting without supervision. You are a self-starter who hits deadlines consistently.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting reports and explaining data clearly to clients.
Tech-Savvy: Expert proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
