Responsibilities

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy
Supervise and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
Deliver exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services
Administer immunizations and support preventative healthcare initiatives
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, workflow optimization, and quality assurance
Maintain compliance with Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies
Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and community partners
Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy and clinical services
Promote a culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement

QualificationsRequired

Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist License
PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to exceptional patient care
Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team

Preferred

Pharmacy management or supervisory experience
Independent or community pharmacy experience
Experience providing immunizations and clinical services
Interest in developing new patient care programs
