Responsibilities
As Pharmacy Manager, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy
- Supervise and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Deliver exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services
- Administer immunizations and support preventative healthcare initiatives
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, workflow optimization, and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and community partners
- Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy and clinical services
- Promote a culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
QualificationsRequired
- Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist License
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional patient care
- Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team
Preferred
- Pharmacy management or supervisory experience
- Independent or community pharmacy experience
- Experience providing immunizations and clinical services
- Interest in developing new patient care programs
