Full Job Description

The County of Santa Barbara's Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to serve as its IT Service Delivery Manager. This role leads ITD's full-service technology support function: IT Customer Support, the countywide Service Desk, and Business Relationship Management, shaping how County departments receive technology services. Final interviews are onsite in Santa Barbara, CA and are tentatively scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026. We are not able to reimburse travel expenses.
