Full Job Description

Toyota of Santa Barbara is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first experience for new employees by helping guide them through the hiring and onboarding process. If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and keeping things on track, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Create and manage job postings and assist with the hiring process.
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
Prepare offer letters and complete new hire onboarding through Paylocity.
Track onboarding documents and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug screenings.
Schedule new hire orientation and assign required training.
Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding trackers.
Serve as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Partner with managers and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide administrative support to the Payroll department and assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Previous administrative, office, customer service, or onboarding experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
