This highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director for an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing advanced cardiovascular services in Southern Arizona. The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director will join a Level III Trauma Center known for delivering comprehensive cardiac care and investing in advanced cardiovascular technology and services. This accredited hospital serves a diverse patient population across a broad geographic region and has earned a reputation for clinical excellence, patient safety, and collaborative physician partnerships. The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director will play a key role in supporting continued growth and innovation within one of the hospital's most visible service lines.

The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director reports directly to senior hospital leadership and works closely with cardiovascular physicians, nursing leaders, ancillary departments, and executive stakeholders. This leader will provide oversight and mentorship to departmental staff while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence. The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director will be a highly visible presence throughout the organization, helping align departmental goals with broader strategic initiatives.

The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director will oversee a dynamic cardiovascular program anchored by an active Cath Lab and advanced cardiology services. This department cares for a steady volume of patients requiring invasive cardiovascular procedures and relies on a team of highly skilled nurses, RCIS professionals, technologists, and physicians. The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director will have the opportunity to lead an experienced team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director is responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of cardiovascular services.
