Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate – Semiconductor Supply Chain Operations to support critical warehouse, inventory, and material-handling operations within the semiconductor industry.
This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, staging, tracking, and moving materials and equipment that support semiconductor manufacturing projects, construction operations, and customer requirements. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support material availability, and ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.

- Receive, inspect, verify, label, and accurately store incoming materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and project-related inventory.
- Review incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, delivery documents, material labels, and inventory records.
- Identify damaged materials, incorrect deliveries, missing items, quantity discrepancies, or labeling concerns and report them promptly.
- Perform picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipment-preparation activities while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including loading, unloading, staging, and preparing shipments for delivery or project use.
- Safely move materials, pallets, equipment, and supplies throughout warehouse, staging, storage, and project-support areas.
- Ensure materials are properly stored, secured, protected, and organized to prevent damage, loss, contamination, or misidentification.
- Maintain material traceability through proper labeling, location control, documentation, and inventory-system updates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates, material-location tracking, cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock-level monitoring, material tracking, and warehouse documentation.
- Perform routine cycle counts, spot checks, physical inventory counts, and audit-support activities as assigned.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, missing materials, damaged inventory, incorrect locations, or system-record issues and communicate them to warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Support material movement tracking, inventory adjustments, allocation updates, and warehouse-location maintenance.
- Assist with maintaining accurate receiving records, shipment logs, inventory trackers, material-request records, and related documentation.
- Support continuous-improvement efforts to improve warehouse accuracy, inventory visibility, material flow, and operational efficiency.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other approved warehouse equipment.
- Conduct basic visual inspections of warehouse equipment before use and report maintenance concerns, damage, or unsafe conditions.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, delivery vehicles, and warehouse loading areas.
- Use safe lifting, stacking, storage, and material-handling practices in accordance with company procedures and site requirements.
- Assist with shipment preparation, packaging, labeling, securing materials, and verifying outbound material quantities.
- Help maintain organized aisles, loading areas, staging zones, storage racks, workspaces, and warehouse traffic paths.
- Support warehouse logistics activities, material transfers, project staging, and special material-handling needs as assigned.
- Follow company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, PPE standards, warehouse best practices, and applicable site-specific requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with warehouse housekeeping and 5S expectations.
- Properly handle materials using required PPE, approved equipment, and safe material-handling procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, inventory-control practices, quality requirements, and material-traceability expectations.
- Report unsafe conditions, spills, damaged materials, equipment concerns, inventory discrepancies, and other operational risks promptly.
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
- Participate in safety briefings, warehouse meetings, training, and operational-improvement activities as required.
- Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse, construction, project, and operations teams to support business and project needs.

- Assist with special projects, warehouse improvements, inventory initiatives, material audits, and operational-support activities.
- Adapt to changing warehouse priorities, shipment schedules, project material needs, and assigned tasks.
- Perform other warehouse, inventory, logistics, material-handling, and project-support duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and related material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform physically active warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy, material traceability, and quality standards.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, standard operating procedures, and warehouse safety guidelines.

- One or more years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping and receiving, material handling, or distribution experience.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, construction, industrial, cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing, or mission-critical project environments.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory-management, barcode-scanning, or material-tracking systems.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Excel, inventory updates, and warehouse documentation.
- Experience working in environments requiring PPE, quality standards, material traceability, controlled handling, or strict documentation practices.
- Experience with receiving, cycle counts, shipment preparation, warehouse staging, material auditing, or inventory reconciliation.
- Familiarity with 5S, warehouse housekeeping, safe lifting practices, and material-preservation requirements.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time onsite role supporting warehouse, logistics, inventory, material-handling, and project operations. Work may occur in warehouse storage areas, receiving docks, loading zones, staging locations, distribution areas, construction-support spaces, and other industrial or project-related environments.
The Warehouse Associate must be comfortable working around forklifts, palletized materials, delivery vehicles, warehouse equipment, and active material-handling operations. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, material movement, and use of required personal protective equipment.
