Full Job Description

Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

This is not a traditional desk manager position. If you're looking to come in, work deals all day, and head home, this is not the opportunity for you.

We are looking for a true leader who understands that building a successful sales department starts with exceptional traffic management, coaching, accountability, recruiting, and developing people.

Our luxury clientele expects a premium experience, which requires a high level of management involvement throughout the sales process. We need someone who can lead from the front, create energy on the showroom floor, motivate the team, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage showroom traffic and maximize every sales opportunity.
Coach and develop sales consultants throughout the sales process.
Assist customers when management involvement is needed.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
Continuously train and develop both new and experienced sales professionals.
Hold the team accountable to daily activity and performance goals.
Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on growth and results.
Partner with dealership leadership to achieve monthly sales objectives.
Help build the team needed to support the continued growth of the dealership.

Qualifications:

Automotive sales management experience is required.
Proven success managing showroom traffic and leading a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Passion for recruiting and developing talent.
High level of professionalism and customer service.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
