What You’ll Be Doing:

SALES & PROSPECTING: This is a sales role—trainers must drive their own success by engaging members, making calls, and building their book of business.
Personal Training: Create programs, train clients, and help them hit their goals.
Client Acquisition: Prospect inside and outside the gym. Every handshake, phone call, and floor conversation is an opportunity.

Amped Fitness is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, high-energy trainers to join our newest location! This is a unique opportunity where you’ll not only lay the foundation of your personal training career but also get ahead by building your client base.

Why This Opportunity?
This is a brand new location that has just opened, which means you’re stepping in at the most important stage of growth. You have immediate access to a high volume of new members while still being early enough to establish yourself as one of the go-to trainers in the building.

This is a rare window where you can build relationships from day one, create visibility on the floor, and grow your client base faster than in a fully mature club. The trainers who take advantage of this phase position themselves to be fully booked and set the standard as the club continues to grow.

Trainer Responsibilities (Mandatory):

□ Engage with members on the floor daily to build relationships and generate personal training opportunities
□ Conduct fitness profiles and assessments to identify goals, establish value, and create individualized plans
□ Actively prospect within the club by initiating conversations, setting appointments, and converting members into clients
□ Maintain a strong presence during peak hours to maximize visibility, interactions, and bookings
□ Follow up with leads, booked sessions, and existing clients using approved systems to drive retention and results
□ Deliver high-quality training sessions that create results, drive referrals, and build long-term client relationships
□ Hit daily and weekly targets for sessions, revenue, and new client acquisition
□ Promote personal training through member engagement, success stories, and social proof within the club
□ Work collaboratively with the management team to support overall club production and member experience
□ Take full ownership of your schedule, productivity, and growth within a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment
