Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic nature
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training
Article 9 certification
First Aid & CPR certification
Fingerprint Card
High school diploma or equivalent
Competence in meal preparation and nutrition guidelines
Able to assist members with hygiene, bathing, toileting, and changing
