WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners who may have roofing concerns or potential project needs. Your role is to start conversations, understand the homeowner's situation, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage with homeowners in a professional and approachable manner
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand roofing concerns and potential needs
- Educate homeowners on the next steps in the roofing process
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Confirm appointments and help ensure a smooth handoff to the assigned representative
- Follow up with homeowners as needed to support appointment attendance
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity records
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
This is a relationship-focused role where communication, consistency, professionalism, and follow-through are essential. You do not need to be a roofing expert on day one. You'll receive the training and support needed to build confidence and develop valuable sales skills.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Every new team member receives structured onboarding and continued support, including:
- Two-day Fundamentals Training
- A 12-week Sales Development Program
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
- Hands-on field training with experienced sales leaders
COMPENSATION & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Restoration Roofing offers a competitive compensation package with base pay along with performance-based earning opportunities.
