Our Assistant Managers must be extremely capable in both the BOH and FOH, leading the store by example during peak hours, recognizing bottlenecks wherever they may occur and jumping into action to keep the store running smoothly. Being able to ”kill customers with kindness” is absolutely required of all our leaders.

The essential responsibilities and job functions for all Team Members and especially our Leaders include:
- Smiling— Must be able to smile and communicate with a positive attitude with all guests and team members alike at all times; our leaders especially must never let their emotions get the better of them
- Sense of Urgency & Purpose— Must be able to move very quickly no matter where you are in the store and what task you're completing, and absolutely must be hustling during our peak time rushes; Every Second Counts!
- Working Tirelessly— Must be able to stay moving for long periods without sitting; helping with every single guest and order during peak time while also utilizing all downtime keeping store clean & stocked, delegating tasks on our daily duty checklists, and completing managerial tasks in moments between or at home; doing whatever it takes to keep guests happy and the store humming
- Communication Skills— Must be an excellent verbal communicator under pressure with both guests and team members
- Ambition — Must strive to come in and grow and push the envelope forward every day without exception; the opportunity to grow far beyond just this role is absolutely there for the taking for the right individual
- Consistency —Doing the little things right every single moment of every day, showing up when needed, these are true non-negotiables for our store leaders

- Accountability and Taking Ownership of the Business— Our General Managers are, at the end of the day, responsible for all aspects in the day-to-day of the business; after your trial period, when you are in position as GM, your most important responsibility is to continue building a team that drives your KPIs, every single minute of every single day; your ability to very effectively coach and have strong follow-through with all team members and leaders alike is your single most important skill!

Job Type: 45+ Hours over 5+ Days per Week, variable shifts, open availability - all AGMs must work at least one open, one “mid” and one close per week - our location closes at 12 AM, midnight!
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of Restaurant or Hospitality Managerial experience
- Driver's License is a huge plus
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification and 'Zaxby's University' Manager Certification required of all assistant managers
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Availability to work all lunch and dinner shifts as needed, weekends and minor holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45.0 per week
