Job Description

The Best Western Mt. Hood Inn is looking to fill a Night Auditor / Night Front Desk Agent position. If you are ready to work in a clean, professional environment where you can learn skills you can take anywhere and you enjoy helping people, we hope you will apply. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be detail oriented, available for day and night shifts and will bring a positive "can do" attitude to work every day.

Job Title: Night Audit / Night Front Desk Agent

Duties Include:
*Checking-in and checking-out guests
*Making, changing, and cancelling guest reservations.
*Assist guests with information about the area and activities.
*Extend professionalism and courtesy to guests and employees at all times.
*Promote teamwork.
*Demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
*Light maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed.
*Assist with the guest breakfast as needed.
*Complete daily checklists.
*Effective communications with other departments.
*Maintain Lost and Found paperwork and assist in returning items to guests.
*Handle multiple telephone lines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
*Work with the hotel PMS System, Outlook, and Word.
*Complete all necessary company job trainings and Best Western training courses as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
