We’re looking for a Certified Peer & Youth Peer Support Specialist, who is passionate about empowering resilience, promoting positive outcomes, and providing encouragement through innovative and person-centered approaches with an agency that was founded on advocacy and compassion. Starting Wage: $19-$23/billable hour (DOE)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Idaho-Peer Support Certification (including provisional certification needing hours to meet full certification requirements)
Values match: honesty, compassion, innovation, and equity matter to you
Strong communication and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

Youth Peer Support Certification
Experience in mentoring individuals & youth facing mental health and/or addiction challenges.
Knowledge of crisis management strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with behavioral health systems and available resources.
