Full Job Description

Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of all equipment, and facility through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, are continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English, experience in Maintenance Management in industrial manufacturing, strong leadership skills and working knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team
Manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling, work order prioritization, and resource allocation.
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Take ownership of the department KPI’s and development of action plans
Preventative and predictive maintenance plans
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all critical equipment and systems
Participate actively in the development of planning and scheduling programs
Analyze maintenance data and trends to identify root cause of failures and implement corrective actions.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and repairing electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment.
Ensure all repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Budget and cost control through management controlling cost related to parts, labor, and external services.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining and improving maintenance efficiency
Oversee management of inventory of spare parts and critical components to ensure availability
Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associates degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) preferred
4+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management in a leadership role
Proven experience managing maintenance in an industrial environment
Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude is a must
Pneumatic components and systems
Experience maintaining 480V motor starters, variable frequency drivers, and distribution systems
Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance tasks in a food or beverage processing facility (highly desired)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematic and drawings
Experience in cleaning and maintaining fluid delivery systems; including valves, pumps and piping.
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededPhysical requirements:

· Ability to lift to 50lbs

· Pushing/pulling/bending/twisting

· Standing for more than 50%

Environmental requirements:

· Ability to work in extreme temperatures

· Light exposure to processing chemicals

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
