Licensed Medicare Benefit Consultant (Remote - Texas)

Join Helpha's growing team as a Remote Medicare Benefit Consultant. We are looking for motivated, licensed insurance professionals who are passionate about helping seniors navigate their healthcare options. This is a 100% work-from-home position offering a stable hourly wage plus an uncapped bonus structure.

Job Details

Position: Licensed Medicare Sales Agent
Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20 per hour + uncapped performance bonuses + annual bonuses
Start Date: Immediate (Hiring within the next 2 weeks)

Technical Requirements (BYOD)Candidates must have a functional home office setup including:

Computer: Personal PC with current operating system
Internet: Reliable, high-speed internet (Hardwired preferred)
Hardware: Professional USB headset for high-quality calls
Software: Seamless browser access for CRM and enrollment portals

What You Will Do

Take inbound calls and live transfers from seniors interested in Medicare plans
Recommend suitable Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans
Provide expert education on Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D
Maintain high conversion rates and CMS compliance
Use our digital CRM to manage leads and complete enrollments

What We Are Looking For

Active Texas Life, Accident & Health License (Required)
Current AHIP Certification (Preferred)
Previous Medicare sales experience (Highly Preferred)
Bi-Lingual Spanish (Highly Preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a "patient-first" attitude

Interview Process

Initial Phone Screen: A brief call to discuss experience and licensing.
Zoom Interview: A formal video meeting with our hiring team.
