Practice with a high level of clinical autonomy while being supported by an experienced operational and clinical leadership team.
Deliver comprehensive patient care through thorough exams, treatment planning, and relationship-driven dentistry.

Maximize your productivity through strong hygiene programs, consistent new patient volume, and established systems.

Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8am to 5pm Responsibilities:

Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation: Earn $250,000+ Annually! About:
