Role Description
The Community Association Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Granby, CO. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of homeowner Association (HOA) communities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, overseeing vendor and contractor services, and ensuring common areas are well maintained and compliant with Association standards. The manager will prepare and present board meeting materials, support budget planning, track expenses, and help implement Association policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include responding to homeowner inquiries, managing communication between boards, owners, and internal teams, and assisting with compliance, notices, and documentation. The role also involves working closely with resort and property management staff to support a positive resident and guest experience across managed communities.
Qualifications
· Experience in HOA, property, or community Association management, including coordinating maintenance, vendors, and common area operations
· Strong organizational and administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple communities, schedules, documents, and deadlines
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with boards, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams, including conflict resolution
· Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to frequent change and maintain professionalism and ability to work under pressure and in “emergency” situations
· Basic financial and budgeting skills, such as reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with Association budgets and reports.
· Proficiency with office software and property management systems; ability to learn new tools and follow established processes.
· Knowledge of or willingness to learn HOA-related regulations, governing documents, and best practices in Association governance.
· High level of ethics, integrity and reliability
· Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality service.
· Previous experience in resort, hospitality, real estate, or Colorado mountain communities is beneficial.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Employment Screening & Expectations
· Non-Credentialed Candidates are expected to take/pass the M100 course/exam and obtain their CMCA certification (Certified Manager of Community Associations) within 1 year of employment.
· Candidates are expected to complete and pass background screening.
· Candidates must have a valid driver's license and social security card.
· Candidates must be able to work full time.
· Viable candidates may be expected to attend multiple on-site interviews with various company employees/representatives.
· Non-local candidates must have reliable transportation to commute OR be willing to relocate (temporary employee housing is available for the right candidate).
Employee Compensation
· Annual Salary -No Overtime
· Payroll - Every Other Week
· 2 Weeks’ Vacation 1st Year; Accrued PTO
· 1 Year Review w/ Potential Salary Increase (Performance-Based)

· $65,000 Base Annual Salary (Negotiable Based on Experience)
