Full Job Description

Job Summary

Lawn King is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail oriented Office Coordinator to help support our growing business.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, ensuring important details do not fall through the cracks, and helping a team operate at a high level every day.

You won't just answer phones. You'll become a key part of helping our leadership team, employees, and customers stay organized and successful.

Lawn Care & Maintenance
Landscape Design & Installation
Irrigation Design, Repair & Installation
Commercial & Residential Snow Services

We believe in hard work, honesty, loyalty, continuous improvement, and taking care of both our customers and employees.

Pay: Starting at $40,000+ per year, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, no weekends

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

Office administration or coordination
Multi-line phone systems
Scheduling and calendar management
Billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or data entry
Customer service
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
CRM, service management, or scheduling software
Creating and maintaining procedures, spreadsheets, or documentation
