This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, ensuring important details do not fall through the cracks, and helping a team operate at a high level every day.

Pay: Starting at $40,000+ per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, no weekends

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
- Office administration or coordination
- Multi-line phone systems
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or data entry
- Customer service
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- CRM, service management, or scheduling software
- Creating and maintaining procedures, spreadsheets, or documentation
