Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Foreman to lead crews in industrial coating and sandblasting projects across various job sites. This is a full-time position that offers competitive benefits, performance-based incentives, and access to the latest technology in the field.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Utilize software such as CrewView & Teams for project management and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of work.
Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing resources effectively.
Collaborate with project managers on contract negotiations and compliance.
Implement safety measures and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations.
Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, The General Manager, Crew Members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Location: Travel Required (Company-provided housing & per diem for out-of-town work)

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Minimum 5 years of leadership/foreman experience
In-depth knowledge of industrial coatings and sandblasting
Familiarity with various coating products and equipment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make on-the-spot decisions
Must be willing to travel regularly
Strong communication skills – must be capable of writing emails and making professional phone calls
Experience in maintaining a safe and organized jobsite
Comfortable with pulling trailers
Technologically adept – able to utilize modern tools and platforms for job management
