As our company continues to grow throughout Colorado, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Cabinetry designer Sales & Project Coordinator to support our design and sales team while ensuring every cabinetry project moves seamlessly from contract through installation.

Position Summary
The Cabinetry Sales & Project Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination between clients, designers, builders, manufacturers, installers, and vendors throughout the cabinetry process.
This individual is responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating project timelines, managing cabinetry orders, tracking procurement, scheduling deliveries and installations, and maintaining exceptional communication from the initial deposit through project completion.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Support Cabinetry Designers throughout the sales and design process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Assist with estimates, pricing, and cabinetry presentations.
- Track signed proposals and client deposits.
- Maintain accurate CRM and project records.
- Schedule design consultations and client meetings.
- Coordinate showroom appointments.
- Assist with product selections and sample organization.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete prior to ordering.
Client Experience
Serve as one of the primary client contacts throughout the cabinetry journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing consistent communication and project updates.
- Setting client expectations regarding timelines and lead times.
- Coordinating meetings and follow-up appointments.
- Answering client questions promptly and professionally.
- Creating an exceptional luxury client experience from beginning to end.
Cabinetry Order Coordination
Coordinate cabinetry projects after the sale has been completed.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing cabinetry orders for submission.
- Reviewing order acknowledgments.
- Verifying cabinetry specifications.
- Confirming finishes, moldings, fillers, accessories, hardware, and appliance panels.
- Tracking manufacturer revisions.
- Coordinating change orders.
- Monitoring production schedules.
- Tracking estimated ship dates.
- Managing delivery schedules.
- Coordinating installation timelines.
Accuracy and organization are critical.
Procurement & Scheduling
Coordinate all moving parts associated with cabinetry procurement.
Including:
- Manufacturer communication
- Freight coordination
- Delivery scheduling
- Installer scheduling
- Builder scheduling
- Site readiness verification
- Punch list coordination
- Warranty requests
- Service scheduling
Project Management
Maintain each cabinetry project from contract through completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining detailed project schedules.
- Tracking all project milestones.
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Coordinating field measurements.
- Ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Following up on outstanding client decisions.
- Coordinating with contractors and trade partners.
- Managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain digital project files.
- Organize cabinetry specifications.
- Update internal tracking systems.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Track invoices and deposits.
- Coordinate project documentation.
- Maintain organized client files.
- Assist leadership with reporting and project tracking.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of cabinetry, interior design, construction, or project coordination experience.
- Experience working with custom or semi-custom cabinetry preferred.
- Luxury residential experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience supporting sales teams is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Preferred experience with:
- 2020 Design Software Preferred
- Cabinetry ordering systems- CAD- Chief Architect
- Manufacturer order acknowledgments
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- Monday.com or similar project management software
Strong computer proficiency is required.
Industry Knowledge
Working knowledge of:
- Cabinet construction
- Residential construction processes
- Cabinet installation timelines
- Interior finish coordination
