Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QSR restaurant concept managers and employees to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Run a single location and oversee the day-to-day operations of the additional units, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Experience:
- Proven experience in leadership and supervising roles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales strategies
- Experience in managing profit loss and budgeting processes
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Excellent strategic planning abilities, with a focus on achieving long-term goals
