Full Job Description

Nightingales Care at Home

We are seeking compassionate and empathetic caregivers to support our aging community. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, non-medical and assisted living services.

We are looking for caregivers interested in overnight shifts, providing protective oversight, assistance with personal care, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and more.

Shifts/Availability:

8pm to 8am 2 - 3 days a week

Compensation:

$18.00 / hr. plus .50 cent additional for overnight shifts
.25 cent increase potential after 60 days of employment

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation (clients require assistance and transportation for errands and medical appts)
Be at least 18 years of age and graduated high school (or GED equivalent)
Ability communicate in a professional and courteous manner
Manage a flexible work schedule
Annual Flu Shot Required

Job Purpose Summary:

Assist clients by providing:

personal care (shower assistance, incontinence assistance, dressing)
mobility assistance
medication reminders
meal preparation
complete household chores, (i.e.; housekeeping, laundry)
