Full-Time Front Office Administrator — Horizon Dental Care.
Grand Junction, CO.
$20–$25/hour.
Paid Time Off.

4-Day Workweek.

Exceptional dental team seeking an outstanding Front Office Administrator. Must have six hands and four legs to juggle schedules, phones, patients, coffee pots, and everything else that keeps a great dental office running. A great sense of humor is a must.

About the Position:

Horizon Dental Care is looking for a friendly, organized, dependable person to join our front office team.

This role is the first impression of our office. You will greet patients, answer phones, help manage the schedule, collect payments, communicate clearly, and help keep the day running smoothly.

Dental experience is helpful, but the right personality matters most. If you are great with people, organized, calm under pressure, and willing to learn, we would like to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and make them feel welcome.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Check patients in and out on computers.
Help keep the schedule full and organized.
Collect payments and review basic financial information.
Follow up with patients by phone, text, or email.
Help with insurance information and patient paperwork.
Communicate clearly with the clinical team.
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
