Full Job Description

Are you a BCaBA who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment? At Centria Autism’s centers, you’ll deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a space designed for learning, teamwork, and growth. As a BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
