The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
- ATLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
- Current MI state license is a plus.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
- Providers will be cross credentialed at all Sparrow sister sites.

- Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
- 75-bed main Emergency Department plus 20 fast track.
- Annual volume of 75,000 with a 20% admit rate.
- Diverse patient population and good mix of acuity.
- All sub-specialty backup available.
- Vituity-staffed hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at this site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
