Full Job Description

This is not a traditional receptionist role.

We are seeking a Chiropractic Front Desk Associate who understands that the front desk is the operational hub of the practice. This position requires ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and the overall patient experience.

The right candidate takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and owning the following:

Performing all patient check-in and check-out procedures
Managing incoming phone calls and online inquiries
Scheduling new and existing patients to ensure maximum clinic production
Confirming appointments and handling reschedules
Communicating payment options and verifying insurance
Maintaining accurate patient documentation and records
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services when appropriate
Responding to patient concerns professionally and promptly
Maintaining a clean, organized, and patient-ready environment
Protecting provider time by managing schedules efficiently

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role. Success will be measured by:

Schedule utilization and efficiency
Patient show rates and retention
New patient bookings
Quality of patient experience
Contribution to clinic growth and operational consistency

Training and support are provided, along with clear expectations and regular feedback.
