At Schwab, we are transforming the trading experience through responsible AI adoption. As a Senior AI Product Manager supporting Trading Services andthinkorswim, you will lead the integration of generative AI and machine learning into trading platforms, workflows, and client-facing tools.

This role will focus on enhancing active trader experiences, improving decision-making, and scaling AI-powered capabilities such as copilots, trade insights, and workflow automation withinthinkorswimand related trading platforms.

The Senior AIProduct Manager defines and delivers AI-enabled capabilities within Trading Services, translating AI innovation into scalable, compliant, and high-impact trading products. This role bridges product, engineering, AI/ML, and trading domain stakeholders to bring AI-driven experiences to market.

AI is reshaping active trading by enabling faster insights, better decisions, and more intuitive experiences. This role ensures Schwab delivers AI-powered capabilities withinthinkorswimthat improve trader outcomes whilemaintainingtrust, control, and regulatory integrity.

Define AI strategy for trading experiences includingthinkorswimworkflows, trader tools, and analytics
Identifyhigh-value use cases such as trade copilots, signal generation, risk insights, and execution support
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
Translate AI capabilities into actionable product features and trader-facing experiences
Partner with engineering, data science, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Ensure alignment with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Responsible AI standards
Define and track KPIs such as trader productivity, engagement, execution quality, and AI performance

What you have

Required Experience

Three to five years of Senior Product Owner experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Knowledge of mutual fund trading and financial services

Preferred Qualifications

Three to five years securities industry or trading experience
Three to five years managing large, complex initiatives
Product design experienceor design-thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree
