We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to spearhead the design and production of our marketing collateral, multi-page catalogs, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

In this role, you will act as a visual storyteller, translating brand strategy into polished, high-impact designs that elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate effortlessly balances creative concepting with technical precision—someone who is just as comfortable brainstorming a fresh campaign layout as they are prepping flawless, production-ready files for commercial print vendors.

Core Responsibilities

Collateral & Asset Creation: Design visually compelling, brand-aligned materials including multi-page catalogs, lookbooks, brochures, sales sheets, presentations, and educational resources.
Print Production Excellence: Manage the end-to-end print preparation process, including preflight, color correction, margins/bleeds, file packaging, and direct coordination with external print vendors.
Digital Adaptation: Convert print assets into optimized digital formats, including website graphics, email marketing visuals, social media content, and interactive PDFs.
Data & Version Control: Oversee routine updates to product-heavy materials, ensuring pricing, specifications, layout shifts, and copy changes are executed with meticulous accuracy.
Event Support: Develop large-format graphics, signage, banners, and display materials for industry trade shows and corporate events.
Photography Coordination: Collaborate on visual asset creation by defining image gaps, generating shot lists, organizing product samples, and providing creative direction for photo shoots.
Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized digital asset management system, archiving project files, templates, and image libraries for seamless team access.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record in multi-page layout design and commercial print production.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional typography, clean hierarchy, advanced layout skills, and real-world print/digital deliverables.
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level command of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
Technical Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial printing standards, pre-press requirements, and file optimization.
Detail Orientation: Elite organizational skills with a knack for managing complex data points (pricing, product specs, and multi-page indexing) without sacrificing design quality.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and external vendors under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points (Preferred Experience)

Background working within a B2B, wholesale, or corporate product-driven environment.
Experience managing photography workflows, including image retouching, color matching, and sample tracking.
Familiarity with modern project management platforms and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
