Full Job Description

Full-time or Part-time

360° Wellness Med Spa is expanding our aesthetic team and looking for a skilled, ethical, and patient-centered Aesthetic Injector to join our growing practice. If you are passionate about natural-looking results, committed to safe and effective treatment delivery, and excited to be part of a collaborative medical spa environment, we would love to meet you.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced injector who is confident in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, excited about growth opportunities, and eager to contribute to our high-standard patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients .

Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers
Create customized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and safety
Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, post-care, and skincare recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/CRM systems
Contribute to team initiatives, events, and high-level patient care standards
Assist with practice growth by creating occasional social media or marketing content (reels, photos, education, etc.)
Uphold a professional, ethical, and patient-first environment at all times
Minimum 10 hours a week

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed RN,NP, or PA in the state of Michigan
Certification and training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers required
Minimum 1 year of injecting experience preferred (but highly skilled new injectors may also be considered)
Strong communication and assessment skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience using an EMR/CRM system
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient safety and exceptional outcomes
Comfortable assisting in marketing through social media when needed
Minimum 10 hours a week
