We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly & Control Panel Builder to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for building, wiring, and testing custom control panels and electrical systems used in automated machinery.
What You’ll Do
· Assemble and wire custom electrical control panels from electrical schematics and drawings.
· Install and route electrical components, wiring, sensors, and devices on automated equipment.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
· Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections to ensure systems function properly.
· Perform machine wiring and electrical assembly including installing and routing electrical components, wiring, sensors, and devices on automated equipment.
· Maintain accurate documentation and complete manufacturing paperwork as required.
· Follow all company safety procedures and electrical standards.
· Collaborate with engineering, assembly, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
· Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, industrial wiring, or a related field.
· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
· Experience using electrical hand tools, meters, and testing equipment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience building industrial control panels.
· Familiarity with Allen-Bradley controls and automation equipment.
· Knowledge of industrial electrical standards and best practices.
· Experience with machine wiring, sensors, VFDs, motor controls, and PLC-related components.
