Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our Playa bowls operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a thriving team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact in a fast-paced hospitality setting while inspiring staff and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and sanitation standards to maintain regulatory adherence.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling.
Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
Implement staff training programs to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Supervise food preparation processes, and ensure consistent quality across all menu items.
Handle customer feedback proactively to resolve issues swiftly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Conduct shift management duties including overseeing food production, managing team performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional hospitality standards.

Skills

Extensive experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
Proven leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent team management and communication skills.
Deep understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
Proficiency with POS systems, strong cash handling skills.
Experience with knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.
Ability to analyze profit and loss statements to optimize financial performance.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to train staff effectively in hospitality best practices.
Strong organizational skills for shift management, staff training & development, and operational planning.
Basic math skills for budgeting, inventory calculations, and sales analysis.
Experience in managing catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred.
