Full Job Description

The Virtual RN position collaborates and facilitates optimal patient care through digital platforms. They assess, plan, implement, and monitor patient care using clinical knowledge and case management principles. The role ensures seamless care transitions, monitors department-specific quality metrics, and maintains accurate patient records. To be considered for a vRN positons, candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school, BSN preferred, possess a Valid Michigan RN license, be proficient with EMR and have a minimum 8 years of health condition management experience, including adult conditions.
