Responsibilities
You will serve on a team that is responsible for manufacturing rope, from raw materials, all the way to finished goods, ready to sell to customers. You will become skilled at programming, operating and maintaining many different types of machines involved in the rope manufacturing process. You will also learn to operate our 250,000 pound break-test machine for regular quality assurance checks of rope breaking strength and integrity.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours / week 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Alternative and flexible schedules may be available.
Compensation
$18-$28+ depending on pace of skills acquired, responsibilities effectively performed independently, and productivity.
