Full Job Description

Credit & Collections Specialist

We are looking for someone who to join our Accounting team and contribute to a positive working environment. We are looking for someone who has an Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance AND 3+ years of experience with credit & collections, accounts receivable, or similar financial role. Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours

Targeted Pay Range: $23.50-$28 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for overseeing L&M's credit and collections processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, maintaining the quality of customer credit portfolios, and providing the Corporate Controller and CFO with accurate visibility into accounts receivable aging and credit risk.
