Urban You Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is currently looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. As the Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the continued success and growth of Urban You.
Goals
Ensure the daily operations of Urban You run efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest and team member.
Provide strong leadership, accountability, and mentorship across all departments.
Develop and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth and operational excellence.
Drive financial performance through strategic planning, P&L management, and performance analysis.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture aligned with Urban You's mission and values.
Maintain exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make sound business decisions.
Strong sales, operations, and business management experience required.
Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, HRT, GLP-1/weight loss, or a related industry strongly preferred.
Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Urban You while implementing strategies that support long-term growth and operational success. Working closely with ownership and department leaders, they will achieve this through the following responsibilities:
Provide overall operational leadership across all departments and locations.
Maintain full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and support department managers and team members to ensure accountability and performance.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new service line launches.
Oversee Human Resources functions including hiring, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and team culture.
Manage inventory systems, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, brand initiatives, and business growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and operational best practices.
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by supporting a culture centered around service excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
Support company events, promotions, and business initiatives as needed.
