JOB SUMMARY:
The Primary responsibility of this position is to assist our Regulatory and Compliance function with document management, data entry, filing and communicating to customers requiring Regulatory Documentation. You will communicate and coordinate daily with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Imports and Accounting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Regulatory and Compliance department function with document management, data entry, filing and communicating to customers requiring Regulatory Documentation
- Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations.
- Support sales professionals and maintain every aspect of customer accounts and fulfillment.
- Coordinate special Document requests and assist Purchasing, Sales & Accounting Department with vendor processes.
- Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
- Effectively build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments.
- Daily communication and coordination with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Imports, and Accounting.
- Maintain an appropriate sense of urgency around resolving customer needs.
- Following department SOP’s and use other important internal/external forms and documents; potential recommendations for SOP updates and cross-training with peers.
- Upload COAs into the system, request order pickup.
- Request documents from vendors and forward to customers upon request. Assist with managing expired information.
- Issue Credit Hold email notifications and communicate with accounting for approvals.
- Cover the Front Desk as needed; answering phones and checking / forwarding company email.
- Other duties as required by the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-5 years of experience in QA/QC , Order Processing and/or Supply Chain.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or similar field preferred.
- Quality, Food or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Attitude and commitment to serving our customers.
- Team spirit and motivation for problems-solving is required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

OFFICE LOCATION
Our one-of-a-kind facility is located in Ada, Michigan on the banks of the Grand River. We sit right off from Fulton Street East in a beautifully restored barn. Our unique facility strips away the “institutional” feel to provide a comfortable and distinctive office space.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
