JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join Motif Sign Group, LLC. In this role, you will set up, operate and maintain various production machinery to produce high-quality signage components. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about machining, fabrication, and quality craftsmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up routing project including pre-made software program then routes and performs other potential projects as directed.
Load raw material into machines and unload finished products as well as check and measure products for quality.
Executes per project work plan, solicits revisions and inputs to the plan from supervisor before changing it.
Organization skills: organize work each day for optimal efficiency, ensure project code documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Clean work area daily

CANDIDATE PROFILE

As a strong candidate, you will demonstrate many of the following professional and personal qualities, skills, and characteristics:

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required
Honest and dependable
Good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Able to follow verbal and written materials and directions
Self-starting
Critical thinking skills
Prioritization
Experience in operating CNC equipment and machinery

Additional Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined
Blueprint reading skills preferred
Experience with EnRoute a plus
Router operation experience a plus
