Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated P&C Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and expert insurance solutions. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and insurance knowledge to build strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored coverage options. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our client base while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional eager to make a positive impact in the insurance industry while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented environment. There is also a Advancement incentive and growth plan in place to advance to a full time Financial Advisor if desired.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through networking, telemarketing, and community outreach to generate leads and expand market presence
Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines
Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and personalized communication
Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records
Stay current on insurance regulations, compliance standards such as HIPAA, and industry trends to ensure accurate advice and adherence
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones

Requirements

Valid license as an P&C Insurance Producer with the ability to sell property casualty, or commercial insurance products. A valid life insurance license is a plus but not required
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex policy details in an understandable manner
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Knowledge of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance for health insurance products
Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes
Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional client experiences
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
