A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist specializing in hospital pharmacy settings. This role is based in Grants, NM, and is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking a stable, full-time position with the ability to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a hospital environment. The position requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and ensure optimal medication management.

Responsibilities:

Dispense and review medications accurately for hospitalized patients
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
Monitor patient medication regimens and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
Provide patient counseling and education on proper medication use
