Riverside Home Health Care and Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency seeking experienced and caring part-time or full-time Registered Nurses (RN) for our Home Healthdivision in greater Jackson and Josephine County, Oregon.

Essential Duties
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
- Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
- Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
- Full-time Monday through Friday with flexible schedules to aid in work/life balance
- On-call rotation required
- Supervise LPN and CNA staff
Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
- **Part-time applicants without Home Health or Hospice experience should be willing to consider full-time availability for training.
