Position 1: Part-Time Nanny | Southlake, Texas
Status: Open
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule
Summer Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Starting August:
Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Family Details
- 3 children
- 7-year-old boy
- 6-year-old boy
- 4-year-old girl
- 1 Goldendoodle
Responsibilities
- Transport children safely to playgrounds and extracurricular activities
- Plan engaging activities and active play
- Maintain structure and follow family routines
- Assist with light pet care, including letting the dog outside
- Help maintain organization throughout the day
- Provide dependable and consistent childcare support
Ideal Candidate
This family is looking for a nanny who is highly reliable and dependable. Reliability is extremely important for this role.

Position 2: Part-Time Nanny | Keller, Texas
Status: Open
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule
- Monday 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM or Tuesday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Once per month: Monday 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
- Wednesday 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
Family Details

Responsibilities
- Primarily care for toddler while parent homeschools older child
- Provide occasional all-day support for both children during dad’s travel weeks
- Prepare light meals for children
- Wash dishes after meals
- Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities
- Support emotional regulation and positive development
- Create fun, enriching activities for both age groups
Ideal Candidate
This family is seeking a caregiver who is:
- Calm, nurturing, and supportive
- Experienced with toddler care and school-aged children
- Familiar with Montessori-style caregiving approaches
- Able to redirect behavior using kindness, communication, and play
- Focused on fostering independence and emotional development
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a parent who will be present in the home
General Responsibilities for All Nannies
- Engage children in fun, age-appropriate play and learning activities
- Follow family routines to keep the day structured and smooth
- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, and light meal preparation
- Supervise indoor play, outdoor activities, and educational experiences
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe child-focused spaces
- Provide safe transportation to school, activities, and appointments when needed
Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 2 years of childcare experience for babysitting and part-time positions
- 3 years of childcare experience for full-time positions
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable transportation for travel between locations if needed
- Two professional childcare references from previous families or clients
- Ability to pass a background check
