Tax Manager CPA
Location: Grapevine, TX
Schedule: Full time
Work setup: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week office working
Compensation: Up to $160,000 + up to 20% bonus
Industry: Public Accounting

An independent CPA firm in Grapevine TX is growing its tax planning and consulting work alongside a strong compliance base. The returns are still there, but more and more of the work involves real conversations with clients and higher value advisory projects.

So instead of spending the year only looking backwards, you are more involved in helping clients plan what comes next.

Partner with leadership on client service and advisory opportunities

Requirements

EA, CPA, or working towards it

Public accounting experience at Tax Manager level, or a strong Senior ready to step up

Solid grounding in individual and business tax compliance

Comfortable reviewing work and handling client relationships

Someone who enjoys both technical work and advisory conversations

Compensation and benefits

Up to $160,000 base salary

Up to 20% bonus

Full time permanent position
