Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office management, dental office experience, and practice management, combined with excellent managerial communication skills. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dental office team, including administrative staff, dental assistants, and hygienists
Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial management, and dental billing to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Dentrix while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security
Implement and monitor dental management policies in accordance with health regulation policies and ADA standards
Facilitate human resources functions including staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Ensure smooth patient management through effective use of patient management software and EHR systems, providing excellent customer service at all times
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, utilization management policies, and managed care requirements while managing clinic operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management within a dental or medical setting
Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures, Dental terminology.
Proficiency in EMR systems such as Dentrix ; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams in a healthcare environment
Familiarity with fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and dental billing processes
Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health regulation policies
Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster a positive patient experience
Ability to handle acute care situations and critical care experiences when necessary; familiarity with ADA standards is preferred
