Lead with purpose and make access to care happen. Join Chapa-De as our Referral Supervisor and empower a team that connects patients to the specialty care they need through strong leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Hourly Pay: $30.50-$35.55

Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Referrals and Telemedicine team by providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, training, and performance development while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
Oversee referral and telemedicine operations by ensuring timely scheduling, accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW), and adherence to departmental workflows and service standards.
Build strong partnerships with providers, clinical teams, and external specialists to expand referral networks, improve communication, and enhance patient access to specialty care.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance metrics, conducting quality audits, developing standardized procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across clinic locations.
Partner with leadership to implement process improvements, support hiring and onboarding, communicate departmental priorities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience with healthcare referral functions.
Minimum 2 year of previous supervisory experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience with Medi-Cal insurance eligibility, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, workers' compensation, auto insurance and private insurance.
Minimum 3 years' experience with an EHR, preferably EClinicalWorks or similar EHR
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Current & valid CA Driver's License, vehicle insurance and DMV printout.
