Your Adventure Awaits (Responsibilities):

Dream Maker: Connect with Arabic speaking travelers to identify their perfect vacation vibes and recommend the best NCL products and itineraries.
Relationship Pro: Build long-lasting bonds with guests by delivering top-tier service, following up like a pro, and crushing your revenue goals!
Data Guru: Keep our contact lists ship-shape to spot the latest travel trends and proactively offer guests the next big thing.
Cruise Expert: Become a walking encyclopedia of our fleet! You’ll highlight awesome features, from stateroom upgrades to onboard credits.
Team Player: Jump into daily huddles and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of the game.
Marketing Whiz: Help launch exciting email campaigns that get our guests packing their bags.

What You Bring to the Deck:

Education: High School Diploma (though a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business is a huge plus!).
Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience under your belt (2 years is even better, and cruise experience? Total bonus!).
Skills: Crystal-clear Arabic and English skills, a talent for multitasking, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Style: We keep it professional here, so you’ll need to rock our polished dress code.

The Perks:

Base Salary: Starting at $26,000
Incentives: You be eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan—the more you sell, the more you earn! After their 1st year, most agents earn 75K - 95K, but our top producers are WELL into 6 figures!
Growth: Actual pay depends on your unique skills, experience, and location.
